Further to my last, by recompiling spamdyke on one of the systems that was
doing tls_passthrough (and not generating errors), full TLS is now properly
enabled on that system and I am getting exactly the same TLS errors on that
one now as well.
By removing the tls-certificate path from spamdyke.con
