These short runs aren't really convincing. (You would often get
similar results by using the random number generator on your pocket
calculator
Embedded tiles could be cool.
Take a look at the 2 pictures I uploaded:

it's just for the idea. The size and thickness of tiles should be
No.. It's the same name down here.
This is totally my fault. Shame on me !!!
I spell it wrong all the time. That's just one of many flaws my brain has.
I'm gonna beat myself numb with my cubes as soon as I finish this
email, they deserve the revenge.
Ohhh... the shame, the shame !!!

I was looking at the WR history page and saw that the first WR for
Rubik's clock was set in India 1996!!! I was a little surprised so I
looked at the competition page but there were no Indian competition
listed under past events. Does anyone know anything about this result
and under which

Hi!
I have always endorsed the idea about fused tiles. The tiles
themselves do not necessarily have to be very thick. Slightly
thincker than the ones found on the impossiball will be enough. On
those tiles only a very small pin is enough to fix them firmly to
the puzzle pieces (discs).

Hey, the other one is fast, too, I just did it 12 times in a row in
16.97 seconds,
- You can see the color only when facing the side (that's a problem
with thick tiles).
and why is that a problem? I'd much prefer tiles that stick out than
ones that sit flush

Holy crap! I just got a personal best of 19.86, which is my first

Count me in as well ;-)

I wish I could drop out of school and just cube all day.
Me too.

If all of us fanatic cubers had cubing as a job, I wonder what average
times we would be able to achieve!? There would possibly be a lot of
ZB-solvers that also mastered multislotting and the ability to always
start with at least an xcross. (Am I dreaming??)

I was doing me dayly cube traning when I got a non-lucky 14.60, which
is a very great time for me. Since it was non-lucky I thought I should
try to solve the same scramble again a few times and see what times my
skills could give me with a solve without ANY hesitation and stops. It
didn't take
Hi Chris,
I don't know if you're interested in seeing how someone might find
that on his or her own, but I thought Id tell you anyway. :)
A long time a go I was looking for a new way to reverse the position
of LL corners. Previously I had worked out R U R' U' which affects 4
corners and 3 edges
The exchangeable tiles are what I'd hoped the Mefferts cubes would be.
Instead they were glued on, except for the centers. And the
turning...ugh.
Since I'm obsessed with color schemes, I think it would be awesome if
they made one with swappable tiles in about 20 different colors.
*drool*
thats awesome!
the same thing occurred to me. ive been cubing for about 3 years
(though not very regularly) and i just started getting sub-20 times in
the summer. congrats!

My solution was also 50 moves. Maybe we did the same solve?
I made an extended cross, got the 6 move B orientation, and a G
permutation. Is this what your solve was like?
