Hello,
some days ago I installed f18 on raspberry pi using
fedora-arm-installer and loading rpfr-f18-rc1.img
All went fine with the os but then when searching on installed system
and via yum I didn't find any spice-xpi package to test it as a spice
client for an oVirt 3.2 testbed I have.
Any
I run Fedora on my pi I found spicec compiles and runs
wellalthough I've not tried spice-xpi. Could you
not just use spicec and script which virtual it connects to? tried
compiling spice-xlt on your pi?
I gave up using the pi because the supported resolution was not high
enough. It's a

Hi,

You've reached pretty ideal conditions for video streaming performance:
not bad bandwidth, Windows VM with standalone player (where qxl manages
to capture stream of original size) and you've got pretty good client in
terms of CPU.
If you do the same with linux guest, HTML5 video, low b/w network,
Hi Gianluca,
have you tried playing full screen video or work with gnome-shell VM on
r-pi client? I'm quite curious how would the client do in terms of
performance and responsiveness. Atom- and Via-based x86 thin client are
barely usable in these scenarios...

Can some one let me konw how much effort it would cost, respectively in Android
or IOS ? if NOT such official dev plan, I'd like to initiate one.
I had hoped that the spice-html5 client would lend itself to being
used within Android or iOS, greatly simplifying the port

Hi,
now I renewed my System and tested it with virt-viewer on a very good Laptop
with ubuntu. The Performance is nearly 100% perfect. Sometimes it is a little
bit laggy, notably when I play videos in fullscreen. When I go with the mouse
cursor over a running youtube video it also laggs.
