I was also having this issue. I tried updating to the 1.0.94.0 release, but in that case, I wasn't even able to see the connector as an option in the menus for VS2012. Then I tried 1.0.92.0 and 1.0.93.0 Both of those work great. So the problem is resolved for now, but it does look like we may
