it's working very well.
however, i can't solve the squid configuration for:
STAFF A
STAFF B
STAFF A = NO INTERNET 8.30-15.30, OTHER TIME 64Kbps
STAFF B = NO INTERNET 8.30-15.30 BUT SOME SITES ARE ACCESSIBLE WITH
128Kbps, OTHER TIME 64Kbps WITH

I've tried to google this information but still can't find it.
Is it possible to 'set' the squid so it will retrieve a default
homepage for the network ? e.g when a user opens the IE, it will be
directed to a default homepage ?

i've a squid running on openbsd 3.4 stable.
basically, the system is great. i've done some delay pools and it's perfect.
only one thing that makes me confuse: i can't get my bandwidth speed
measured on http://us.mcafee.com/root/speedometer.asp
it gets something like this:
