For 3.1 I would go for merging the auth modules. K version has some
functions for using PVs to get username and password, which is handy for
LDAP auth with K ldap module.

are these all the messages you get? No error message after? They look
incomplete anyhow.
Try:
kamailio -E -dd
and see the output on the terminal.

in migrating to 3.0, something broke, any ideas ?
Can you run acc_db_request() after setting the avps for multi_leg_info()
and see if you get the values in database? In my configs it works
without problems.
