I just picked up four 128MB DIMMs from OWC (EDO, to match the previous four DIMMs) to bring my S900 to up to 1GB of RAM. After installing the RAM, I pressed the CUDA button and restarted. The machine booted but froze just at the start of loading extentions - rebooted again with the same results.
