that's real bad. so there's no way i can replace my debian with pfsense? i'm no bsd/linux expert. but i know for sure my hardware working fine. as i'm writing now, all connection going through the exact same hardware (acer travelmate 507dx with usbnet/tx) running debian and squid proxy. and,
