i tried ntop. it's great and very full of features. maybe too much for me... :) sometimes it confusing. need more times with it. ntop also used up very much memory. my pfsense on 128mb ram only use around 30%. but, when ntop runs, it goes up 60-70% perhaps other options for simpler view?

if possible, i like to be able to see - how many total connection from each host - differenciate by download/upload. - what ports are most connected from each and all host so we can see if someone is heavily using p2p or if it's infected by virus/worm. and, from the ports, we might know what
