Is your Qmail behind this Pfsense box that you have just setup...? If yes
then make sure that all out bound traffic FROM your server and inbound
traffic TO your server email ports (25,110,143,993) is allowed...

Firewall - Rules -Wan
Firewall - Rules -Lan
to accept ports http, smtp, pop3
and i have choose auto-create ruleset for nat-entry in the Firewall: NAT:
Port Forward sections.
I only have problems with mail server, and only with outgoing mail nat
problem?

Did you try to telnet to port 25 on the ip of one of their MX servers
instead of to the IP of their A record?
