No luck -  tried your directory structure a couple of times.  Maybe I could
send you two boards - one new in the box from out inventory and one that we
can't reflash?

Maybe we did something to the ones I am testing in the process of fooling
around with all this...

We have about 50 here that we need to get working with at least reflashing
to 8.2.16.  Not sure what else to do...
