call it 32-8. Linux is fully 32b. Linux is also capable of running full
64b but this requires 64b hardware (Alpha, UltraSPARC, _no_ Intel yet).
Don't know about NT, I think its fully 32b on Intel and 64 on Alpha,

Two questions, just curious,
1. what was you're first OS type: CLI or GUI
2. if you've changed, why? if not, why?
eg. myself. I started on CLI (DOS) and I'm still on CLI(Linux)
cause I can't live with the lack of important features in all
GUI's

swap partition, than the Linux partition. If the machine also runs Windows,
it's possible to have Linux and Windows use the same swap space.
