When someone calls me, I do not want terminate to bring up that little

I've just installed the windows update and I have an uninstaller handy to
clean out any leftovers, yes even those hard to get at files you never even
thought of. I found some .pnf files the windows update left behind and I'm
wondering if I should delete them or does windows95 need them?
