Mike, When I purchased the methanol it was 99 , I used it a few times for one litre batches doing it the old way from the book From the Fryer to the Fuel tank. It worked fine for that.Then I read about this procedure and re-read and re-read until I felt comfortable enough to give it a go.

Steve , I am wondering if I can just seperate oil from water when it comes out of the fryer. The next morning when the WVO has sat unheated for approx. 10 hrs. Where I work I am able to collect oil directly from fryer. Normally the food vendor heats it up to 350 degrees F before they dump it.
