Iâve been making BD from WVO for a while (Cottonola brand in Aus), but have problems lately with a skin that rapidly forms on the BD surface after about 5 days of standing. The skin forms extremely quickly when removed by skimming, usually in 1 hour. Ive also use a water scrub to no avail.. any
