Hi, In the Philippines (where they deregulated the fuel industry a while back) diesel fuel costs US$0.51 per liter more or less. And it's been going up US$0.01/liter almost every two weeks!
Before anyone says it's cheap, the government-mandated minimum daily wage is around US$0.56 per hour. One hour's work at minimum wage will get you a little more than a liter of diesel here at today's rates. And it's been some time since the minimum wage was adjusted upwards... :-( Regards.
