The citric acid needed is about 0.005%, or about 50 ppm. This is effective in combination with propyl gallate, another unknown chemical in my book. But I don't know how effective it is by itself, and I suspect it would take 4 to 10 times as much to achieve the same as the combination. This

Is this a known factor and what are the volumes involved using citric acid as a stabiliser? (I am one of those granola types) Would a standard 20 or 60 liter tight head drum (poly)/carboy work for storage using the citric? And we are refering to B100 right ? thanks L. --- In
