Transport of fuels. Say I wanted to delever fuel.
What govt. red tape, and special equipment for OSHA etc. would I
have to go thru to do this for:
Biodiesel,
E85 and simular Gasoline
Dino Gasoline.
Dino Diesel
The quantity being transported makes a difference I'm sure.

You might start with your state department of transportation. Ours
(Wisconsin) tells you what needs to be done. Also, check with your
department of licensing.
Under EPACT, you may have some obligations to burn renewables in your truck.
