Richard - My time memory may be off, but wouldn't you have been Observing the effects of global cooling in the '70's. MH - I'm NO expert just a observer from my micro climate. Back in the winter of 1977-78 (?) snow accumulations came around christmas about a month late for us. In the mid 1980s snowmobile season was sporadic year to year. We had a few good snows in 1990s. Theirs less and less it seems gauging by the amount I shovel like last year having to shovel every 3-4 days (even considered a snow blower) now this year shoveled three times.
