Good idea. Quite a few folks have developed svg-related websites over the
years but as you say, there is no solid centralized up-to-date wiki
resource.
Making use of google docs might be ideal in that it includes a drawing
editor which is based on SVG, and provides solid authentication as well.
Many of you remember the SVG Interest Group
(http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/IG/ ) and its child: Planet SVG
(http://planetsvg.com/ ) . I'm sure there were lots of things before and

Due to heavy spamming recently, the SVG Wiki has been taken temporarily
offline while it is being purified, massaged and generally rejuvenated.
It will be back shortly as contents get cleaned up and new, more secure
software is installed to run the wiki.
