We have no changed the ip address of our mailserver - we have changed the A
Record from mail.xy.ch to a new IP.
Since then we've a lot of calls from clients which are unable to receive mails.

I think it is an IOS Problem
Your costumer must delete the Account on the I Phone or Pad...
After they must make a new one... Then it schould work...
We have had the same Problem with the IOS...
I think in the Settings will be more saved as you want :-C

YoplaYes, mac mail,and some apple devices have several problems when changing an address, or even when changing server for an address.Mot If the time, it can be soldes by destroying the Account on the apple device, and adding it again. Be carefull to also remove the related outgoing server...Best
