week ago that mhs changed his switch password

I wouldn't call this domain grabbing. AFAIK, MHS took over Nextra's
nameservers and operates
Reading mails from a customers inbox as an ISP is not only not nice - it's
not allowed by law if you can prove that fact, you can sue them...
