Not sure, if I understood correctly but maybe you are searching for something, I have done:
I have an internationalized form and do not want to embed all i18n forms at the same time. So I added a small ajax form that allows user to select the language he wants to edit. By using a dropdown list, the language selector sends an ajax request to the action and thus embeds the requested language into the form dynamically. Most of the stuff, you will find in the Jobbeet Ajax Chapter.
