I did a bit of research on the osm software stack yesterday evening and
I think implementing a genuine map bugtracker isn't more work than
adapting bugzilla. This is basically because the most important part of
the map bugtracker is the user interface. And that

should propose a simple API to insert/edit/delete and view the data
(JSON, RSS, GPX).

Hier ein Beispiel aus Lübeck:
leider stimmt die maximal direkt am Bezugsmeridian - abseits wird das Bild
auch gegenüber der Horizontale leicht verdreht. Einfach Bilder falsche

Durchmesser) stellt wohl eh' keiner dar.

Mit welchen Abweichungen ist denn zu rechnen, wenn die Luftbilder (in
GK) vom WMS-Server nach WGS-84 umgerechnet werden und dann vielleicht in
JOSM noch nach Mercator?
Wäre es da nicht sinnvoller, in JOSM eine GK-Projektion einzubauen?
Diese ist lokal rechtwinkelig.
