mit einer neuen Version gibt, habe ich mir mal aus dem Web einige Sachen
zusammengesucht, die dafuer sorgen, dass vor dem Download von JOSM die
aktuelle lokale Version von JOSM mit dem Datum des Downloads gespeichert

Chi usa JOSM 1523 dovrebbe fare un update, perché c'è un errore
cattivo (utf-8 non viene usato esplicitamente nel upload, quindi
caratteri speciali creano errori al upload).
