Le projet OpenSeaMap a trouvé une base libre (*public domain*) référençant
le balisage nautique éclairé, c'est-à-dire les phares, en mer ou non, et les
différentes tourelles ou bouées qui guident le marin à bon port (sauf s'il
confond le balisage avec le néon du troquet du coin).

Je trouve toutes les infos necessaires dans l'historique, quand il n'est pas
trop long à afficher.
Exemple vécu : j'ai récemment réparé la limite communal
Mâcon/Charnay-lès-Mâcon qui avait été cassée au mois de mai dernier.

Si on regarde l'historique, ce point ne comporte aucun tag et a été déplacé
