Merci pour les infos. J'ignorais qu'un way avait un sens; une fois qu'on sait ça, les exemples du wiki sont plus claires. En plus, ajouter des tags "cycleway" est plus simple que de dessiner des Cycle Lanes parallèles à une way existante. J'ai corrigé ce que j'avais fait dans OSM:
