Protože ten překlad není překlad té wiki stránky, ale toho dokumentu co visí na osm foundation (a zároveň toho, co je ke stažení). Z té anglické wiki stránky to není jasné, že ve francouzštině a španělštině je tam hozený celý ten dokument; vůbec jsem si toho nevšimla. Klidně to na tu wiki můžu

Hi, Please be aware that protocol independent URLs do not mean that http is used. The client will simply continue using the protocol it used before. Real need for that is quite limited. So in most cases they are better written as https. But it then needs to be changed where the URL is used
