Sweden? It seems like the perfect fit for this technology.

Osmosa.net (OSM planet reimplementation project)

It is not a fork but a local site, I think there is just some language
confusion going on.

learn how to implement offline or help openstreet load reduce, by
reimplement outside openstreetmap.org
The viewer can support both osmosa.net and openstreetmap
