Sweden? It seems like the perfect fit for this technology.

we success hack several code and make it become our own Viewer to our own
Osmosa.net (OSM planet reimplementation project)

There are several OSM forks, and unless I misunderstand, this is

It is not a fork but a local site, I think there is just some language
confusion going on.

learn how to implement offline or help openstreet load reduce, by
reimplement outside openstreetmap.org
The viewer can support both osmosa.net and openstreetmap
