I found that the Cape to Cape Track between Cape Naturaliste and Cape
Leeuwin in south-west WA had already been mapped.
I've added a route relation which gathers up the parts and added it to
the know relations in the wiki under Bush Walking and Cycling Tracks.
In a day or two, it should render

I think it was overly optimistic about a clear distinction between
LCN and RCN networks in Australia. Feel free to discuss, edit
further, etc.
