in june last year there were a number of strange edits occuring.
Since then and particularly in December there have been a number of
cases of vandalism by this user.
I have reported this and
I also meant to say please don't change anything in this changeset

as I want to use it to try reverting the vandalised items in it. Which
I will do middle of March.
