The NSW Dept of Lands seems to have quite a lot of aerial imagery (http://lite.maps.nsw.gov.au/), in their terms of use all copyrightable material is for personal or non-comercial use only, but doesn't seem to cover deriving data from their imagery, and what can be done with it afterwards. Does
