It's not the more easy to understand ;)
The value is the orange part of the arc in http://www.bibmath.net/dico/f/images/fleche1.png ... but with polyline, not circle.

The value is hardcoded with 70m. But we can setup it as parameter. In fact today we have countries with or without this analyser depending on quality of aerial imagery available.
