I'd recommending reading up about Imports in OSM at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import. Neither the rental property data (since you say you scraped it, I'll presume it's not under a compatible open license) nor the geocodes from Bing maps are going to pass the License approval as per

Hi All, I have been scraping rental properties off the net for an analysis I am doing on Sydney. In the process I geo-coded these properties using Bing Maps. There are around 100,000 properties. Would this informaiton be useful. I can I upload it to OSM even though I used Bing Maps to geo-code
