Practically, using this data would be difficult I think. Partly because there is a lot of stuff already mapped. The other problem is that I have found Councils' web sites are a bit optimistic about how much of their planned cycling infrastructure actually exists. It's hard to know what is "on

Hi Looking further City of Sydney Data Hub is licenced CC By 4.0 but OSM has been waiting on the waiver since 2020 "CC BY 4.0 - waiver sent 01/12/2020, "considering your request" on 03/12/2020" The licence for the cycle network data links to 2 logos, a CC by 4.0 logo and a "Open Data"
