以下のどちらかをした上で、妥当性検証をしてみたらどうなるでしょうか。
・ファイル→データを更新
・ファイル→編集を更新
完全に位置が重複しているデータであれば「エラー」として検知されるので、
「修正」ボタン一括で修正できると思います。
(たぶんその後、どこにも接続がされていない「タグ無し」ノードが
「警告」として検知されると思うので、何度か妥当性検証をするとよいかも)

I've just noticed an update to Bing imagery in the UK. Area I was looking
