A minha ideia era mesmo destacar a bandeira. Se deixarmos o mapa e os 0101
aparecerem, acho que fica um pocado confuso, ainda mais quando o logo for
dimensionado para um tamanho menor.

Then connect to the DB using any GIS software.
In osm2pgsql you can specify a bounding box and which features you want to
extract to the DB, to speed up the process.

Não sei qual seria o melhor método para fazer isso, mas acho que elas estão
com mais pontos do que o necessario, sobrecarregando a base e tornando o
trabalho no JOSM
