Hi Maybe I missed something here, but who exactly is User:CANVEC http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/CANVEC? They only joined in July and their edits have been confined to Ellesmere Island, southeastern Quebec and northwestern New Brunswick. Not suprisingly, all their edits are Canvec imports.
