based on Canvec Release 10.
All files will be reprocessed. From south to north, east to west, except for a
few priorities.

I was intending for the file listing to be sorted alphabetically, while the
rss one would be sorted chronologically. Having a timestamp field in the
file listing could work though.
The advantage to having the RSS/Atom format is that people can plug it into
RSS/Atom/xml readers if they use any.
When should we expect the next release?
