En JOSM (-latest), bing no funciona con wmsplugin, sino con el nuevo
plugin imagery (o con un recién slippymap, pero con ese, no se puede
mover el fondo).
Se puede instalar dentro de las preferencias de JOSM.

I was working on the shp2osm_simple.pl[1], to try to split in ways with
2000 nodes or less.
I attach a patch to do it, I'm not a perl programmer, but at the moment
the osm contain ways with 2000 nodes or less.
