I just noticed a changeset from user elbatrop which although it says
it was to Tie 10 Royal Mail references to known postboxes, it has
1709 nodes in the changeset:

Assuming this is import related, then linking a ref to a previously

It's potentially better, but still wrong though. For a start I've come
across several cases of two postboxes with different refs that are located
side-by-side. It's a bit of a lottery whether it'll tie up the correct ref
here. Also, I've seen several instances of bad data in the Dracos set, e.g.

Not really. We could state that imports are not permitted, and enforce
it, if we want to.

Perhaps I should give a little bit of background, explaining why I have started

I've been on many mapping trips around London, to start with mostly filling in

No idea! It would seem totally bizarre if we were not, but it might
well be the case - it could even have a trademark.
The problem is that I think it is unlikely
So maybe we should ask Starbucks before putting the word Starbucks on the
map? I say put it on, and take it off if they complain.

Hi All,
Where did we end up with the Stratford imagery in the end? When I left
things, I'd made a layer containing about 7 images, made tiles from
them, and stuck them online. You can see them in action in potlatch at
one of these URLs (both are the same):

That is to protect them against someone using their logo on merchandise (eg
mugs t-shirts) without paying them a fee, or distorting the logo to
represent something similar but different, reducing the effectiveness of
their logo.
In much the same way as I don't suppose Starbucks would appreciate
