I'm worried we're assuming that the GLA have supplied us with a definitive
source of names.
When I had a first quick look at the names provided I was worried they were
mainly based around adjacent road names when many allotments have complex
names.
I can find a couple where the allotments society
I have ignored the local authority supplied name where the sign on the
ground was different.
Given that some of these may no longer exist, even, we should be making
surveys of any that are missing and any existing with conflicting names.

'Gladstone Park Gardens (off Broadfield Close)' in the GLA list

chairs based on the allotment point data released by the London datastore (
http://data.london.gov.uk/datastore/package/allotment-locations ).
The algorithm isn't really designed for this sort of matching ( it's
