I am mapping the Probation offices in Durham Teesside, I work in IT for
them but I am unsure how to actually tag them correctly. Obviously they are
not courts or prisons.

I like the use of the 'office' tag. It feels like a good extension of
tagging a building with something like building=office (I don't know how
much that is used, I map building=residential a lot more).
