Hi,
With the formation of the Irish Free State, the lands, powers and obligations of the crown here were transferred to the new state. The name "royal demense" is not in current use. That said, other historical boundaries are mapped on OSM, e.g. Dublin City boundary in 1900 http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/6720101#map=12/53.3528/-6.2596 If this refers to areas like the Phoenix Park, these areas are now owned by the Office of Public Works (previously known as the Commissioners of Public Works) under the Phoenix Park Act, 1925 http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/1925/act/31/enacted/en/html Some historical users, e.g. zoo, American embassy retain some rights. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. Are they still areas used in planning?
