files for the OSM PH Map, (I am well advanced) and on the home stretch with
the styling for the most of it.
I am finalizing the land and water polys and I am afraid my QGis skills are
not current enough, would someone be able

j'ai regardé ce fichier au travers de Qgis, il est relativement propre, et
les coordonnées en Lambert93 sont assez proche de la réalité sur le
terrain. Du moins, l'on n'a pas affaire à un barycentre sur l'emprise de
la commune, par exemple.

département, l'arrndissement, etc. sont par exemple des subdivisions en
France.
Alors que le terme arrondissement correspond à une notion légale bien

landuse=residential + name=* est la meilleure solution en
attendant mieux, je pense. Le tag area=yes n'est pas

J'ai retravaillé le landuse principal de la ville et adossé un landuse
spécifique au lotissement, ce dernier se trouvait en périphérie. Pour
l'instant, je ne me suis pas encore penché sur un lotissement englobé au
milieux d'un autre landuse, mais je vais faire en sorte d'utiliser un
multipolygone
