in the New_Message and Reply Template of a Common Folder (not under
Account!) i can not Reply to the Orginal Sender with CTRL-F4.
Confirmation? Or am i doing something wrong?

I'm sorry, I've made a mistake (Home computer was'nt up-to-date): on
Vista SP1, folder view is perfectly correct.

Yes, I use them, but I forger that TB! at home was not at the latest
beta version.
