for me, it happens for Maxim's message only, as I have tested other
messages in TBBETA and yours :-)
Confirmed. I did not see the difference between Maxim's message and
your's susceptible to cause the error.

saved. This is an useless feature.
But the possibility to know if the current work is saved or not is
not useless IMHO.

Quick Templates are working fine here.
QTs in general work here, too. I have only problems with this
specific one. Maybe TB! does not like the QT
a regular expression as a workaround.
Using 'match' instead of 'contains', search for something like:
mygate[\S\s]*--\s
There is also the other more secure sig delimiter: - --
