That was also the case for Beta 2 (which I posed here) It looks like the launcher looks in "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\The Bat!" irrespective of the location you specify when installing I worked around this by creating a link "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\The Bat!" to the actual install location
