have just noticed that INBOX.1 does not exist.
Now things are really weird. I now have a whole new tree called

R I can't confirm in 5.0.18.8. I have created a message, changed it then quit
it without savings and the icon is NOT changed here.
I am guessing you did not reproduce the issue because you did not
wait long enough for auto-save to kick in (after making changes).
Could you please check
