Not that I am aware of (useful feature request!).
However, what you can do is copy the filter(s) into Notepad and paste
them into the other account.

threaded view and one for unthreaded. Just to add to the confusion.
Or, more precisely, one for each of the five threading styles,
including None. Defaults also seem to have a scope limited to the
current account.
